Special Session begins this Wednesday, October 27, 2021.  Monty Fritts from Conservative Club of Roane County has encouraged the following call to action: 

I have attached both the list of items we are demanding the legislature to deal with in special session as well as our version of the TN Medical Bill of Rights. The medical bill of rights is intended to be a filter for legislation, if you will, to protect patients, family, workers, and students from these profane and illegal mandates.
 

Please also write or call your rep and senator. Ask them to request the TN Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development send a memo to all Tennessee employers stating:

 
  • Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) will not enforce any illegal OSHA mandate regarding Covid 19 injections.
  • And,
  • Tennessee Department of Labor will fully investigate all allegations of employers attempting to coerce employees to accept the Covid 19 injection at threat of condition of employment.
 
This is a “we the people” moment. It will take all of us standing up for what is moral and legal to correct these usurpations by government and corporations.
