Faith Based Handprint & Footprint Crafts for Dads
Handprint and footprint crafts are one of those gifts that never go out of style — partly because who can resist those teeny-tiny handprints and footprints?!? I still have the ones that my sons made… it’s bittersweet to look back on, but so precious to have as a keepsake!
Adding a Bible verse or a Christian message or poem to a handprint craft turns these sweet keepsakes into something that has real eternal weight. It’s a reminder that raising our kids and pointing them to Jesus is not in vain.

- Use washable non-toxic paint for stamp-style hand-and-footprints, and print on white cardstock (not regular copy paper) so the design holds up. When I did these with my sons, it was easier to paint their hands and feet than to have them smush their hand in a plate full of paint!
- Many of these look great framed — a simple frame elevates the gift with just a small increase in price.
