Ever since my sons were little, I’ve always been looking for creative and hands-on ways we can keep Jesus the focus of our holiday. It feels like an uphill battle to fight the current of commercialism and marketing surrounding Christmas.
But I’ve found that advent activities, acts of kindness, and faith-based Nativity crafts help us remember why we are celebrating. I really try to weave it into all aspects of Christmas season.
