These Caesar salad cups are a fast, easy last-minute appetizer that comes together quickly, easily, and with no cooking! And, it looks so impressive!

Caesar Salad Cups: The Perfect Impressive Last-Minute App
If you’re looking for a quick and crowd-pleasing summer appetizer, these Caesar Salad Cups are a must-try!
I’m always a little nervous when I have to bring something to a party because my kitchen skills are hit or miss.
But you absolutely cannot ruin these. They are un-mess-up-able.

I actually found a picture on Pinterest years ago, but there was no link to an actual post or instructions. So I decided to go through assembly process myself to fine-tune and share the details.
Individually served so they look a little extra fancy, they’re perfect for backyard BBQs, picnics, potlucks, or any gathering.
They come together in minutes using just a handful of simple ingredients. One bag of Caesar salad mix makes 10 individual servings—no fuss, no mess, and guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients and Supplies for Caesar Salad Cups

- 1 10 oz. bag of hearts of romaine salad (1 bag = 10 cups)
- 1 block of Parmesan cheese (for fresh shavings)
- Caesar vinaigrette dressing (no herbs or chunks)
- 20 mini pipettes (2 per cup)
- 10 small clear plastic party cups (9 oz)
- 10 plastic mini forks
- Small strainer (for dressing, if needed)
- Cheese grater

How to Assemble Caesar Salad Cups
1| Assemble the Salad Cups
-
- Place the forks in the cups first.
- Divide the romaine lettuce evenly among the 10 clear plastic cups.
- Add 2–3 croutons on top of each.
- Use a grater to shave fresh Parmesan cheese over each cup for a pretty and flavorful finish.

2| Prepare the Dressing
If your Caesar vinaigrette has any chunks or herbs, pour it through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to make it pipette-friendly.

Pour the dressing into a cup to make filling the pipettes easy.

3| Fill the Pipettes
Stick the pipette into the dressing and squeeze, releasing the air inside.
Then, release the pipette so it fills up with salad dressing.
4| Add the Pipettes to the Cups
Stick 2 pipettes of salad dressing into each salad cup. Guests can squeeze the dressing in when they’re ready to eat—fun, fresh, and mess-free!

5| Display and Serve
Arrange the cups on a 2-tiered stand, tray, or some other pretty arrangement.

You can even pre-chill the cups in the fridge for 30 minutes so they’re extra crisp and refreshing when served.
I also added a cup filled with dressing and a small spoon, in case the pipettes didn’t have enough dressing for the individual.
Set these out on a tray or tiered stand for a stunning display.

Why These Salad Cups are Such a Hit
There are a lot of reasons to love this one, but here are a few of my favorite things about it:
- No forks or big serving bowls needed.
- Portable, perfect for parties and outdoor dining.
- A fun twist on a classic Caesar salad!
- Ready in under 15 minutes.
These Caesar Salad Cups are really the kind of effortless, elegant appetizer every hostess dreams of. I promise, they are so impressive but so easy to make.

These look lovely, I was wondering if the pipettes would work with a creamy Caesar dressing or would it be too thick. Thank you
