For years, every time we threw a party, it was the typical, fatty comfort appetizers you usually think of.  However, once my husband and I completed a round Whole 30 and did an about-face in our eating habits, we let it spread to all areas of our life, including our parties and socializing.

I learned very quickly that I didn’t need to sacrifice flavor in order to eat healthy.

Today, I’m so excited to share party food appetizers that you can share with your friend and family at your next event – or some that you can bring to keep yourself aligned with your health goals!
