Classy Spring Paper Wreath Craft for Adults

If you’ve been following along with my spring craft projects, you’ll know that this is #4 in a series of 5 of the In Bloom Collection Craft Kits. I saved the In Bloom Paper Spring Wreath for the end— partly because it seemed a little more involved than the others (spoiler alert – it was) and partly because I felt it would require a little more time and focus than the others (spoiler alert – it did). But not a lot more.
And neither of those factors took away from how much I enjoyed this project or from the refined end result that (somewhat shockingly) came from a paper craft!
Yes, a paper craft.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Everything you need comes inside the kit. I mean, everything – even down to the tiny tubes of glue. And it’s packaged beautifully.
And everything that came in the box was clearly labeled and separated.
There’s a card in the box that has a QR code on the back so you can access the directions. The instructions are in both written and video form.
I love that both were included. Sometimes, I just needed to read it. But other times, I definitely need to see the video. With a project that had several parts like this, the video was so helpful!

THE CRAFT EXPERIENCE
Of the all this kits, this one, along with the Paper Flower Vase, took the most time – about an hour and 15 minutes for me.
The leaf bunches had to be assembled first.
Then the berry clusters had to be assembled.
And then, in an alternating fashion, the leaf clusters and berry clusters were added to the wreath.
It was very easy to do, but you did need to pay attention to the spacing and the order of things as you were glueing them down.
But once you got into a rhythm, it was pretty easy going after that.
The part I found most surprising was how pretty and full and lush paper could look! But I was pleasantly proved wrong!
I’ll be honest – I didn’t have especially high expectations for a paper wreath, but it turned out surprisingly elegant and classy!
THE FINISHED PIECE
I tried this wreath out in a few place – on a hook on the wall, on my front, door, and even as a wreath ring around a basket for a centerpiece! This wreath could have worked on any one of those places.
I actually ended up placing it on my mantel! I had to stack a few Jenga blocks to give the bottom portion a little lift – but I love how it blended in with my mostly neutral den as well as added a burst of whimsy.

THE VERDICT
I definitely would recommend this craft kit especially for someone who:
- Enjoys creative hobbies and hands-on projects
- Prefers crafts that are prepped and ready to start right away
- Appreciates the convenience of having everything included in one box (and will spend a little money for that)
- Is planning a casual craft night with friends & wants things simplified
- Would love giving a complete DIY kit as a thoughtful gift for another craft lover
- Loves elevated and unique decor, but wants to DIY it herself
I also love that this is neutral enough that you really can keep this one out all year long, through every season and holiday!
