If you’re looking for a free printable gift tag that you can attach to a treat you’re giving to someone special – a teacher, bus driver, instructor, service worker – you’ve got it right here!  Comes with a little poem that’s suitable for a ‘healthy’ treat or a ‘yummy’ treat (although they aren’t mutually exclusive!) Three designs included, along with a granola recipe tag!

Homemade, Heartfelt Gift-Giving

There can be a lot of pressure when it comes to gift-giving. It’s easy to feel like you need to spend a lot of money to show someone just how much they mean to you. As if the monetary value of a gift somehow reflects that person’s value to you.

Not true.

Especially when you have a long list of people you need to give a gift to. All of whom mean a lot to you.

Food Gifts are Always a Win

Some of the most meaningful gifts I’ve received (and that has been well-received by others) are homemade gifts. And often, the way to someone’s heart is through the stomach, so those homemade treats are well… they check all the boxes.

When it comes to food gifts, you can go in 2 directions, and to be honest, either way, I’m sure the gesture will be appreciated.

You can go the sweet treat – a real splurge like cooking or cupcakes or some other adorable delicious treat.

Or you can go the healthy treat – like homemade granola or a healthy bread.

Or you can get treats that fall in the middle or are neutral – coffee, bagels, etc.

Now to be fair, a food gift doesn’t necessarily have to be homemade. There are ways to make a food gift special and personal even if you don’t make it yourself.

And that’s where these free printable gift tags come in.

Free Printable Gift Tags Add That Personal Touch

Just by adding a cute tag with a little poem, you’ve upped your game in the “personal-food-gift” category. And these tags are perfect.

It’s a cute way to say thank you and acknowledge all the work your special person has put in.

Here’s the poem that comes on the tag:

“For all the energy you spend

And hard work you do

Here’s a healthy treat

Just for you”

There’s also another version if you didn’t want to give a healthy treat-  there are tags that also say “Here’s a YUMMY treat | Just for you.”

These Tags are For Who? (Well, Whom?)

These tags can literally be used for anyone who works hard, lol. You can use them for teachers, bus drivers, custodians, nurses, doctors, garbage men, mailmen, service workers … they are fully multi-purpose. It’s a nice little add on for anyone you want to give a gift to, and it’s especially helpful when you have a long list of people and you are giving/baking/cooking in bulk.

To get the tags, just fill out the box below, and you’ll immediately be directed to the download.

Options for Printing

You’ll want to print these on cardstock, so they are sturdy enough to be attached to a gift.

The tags are 2.5″ x 4.25″ with space to hole-punch at the top. You can cut them so the lines show (if you have a steady hand and sharp eye), but I found it easier to trim off the outside edges. There’s plenty of room so you won’t cut off the words.

You can also use different colored card stock. I really liked how the different tan and brown sheets turned out in addition to the white! Any color would work fine and be adorable.

What You’ll Get in the Free Printable Bundle

In this 7 page bundle, you’ll get 3 designs of the tag, in both ‘healthy’ and ‘yummy’. Additionally, I’ve included a recipe tag for granola if you want that to be your gift (and here’s the post with for the homemade granola recipe). That’s what I originally designed the tags to go with. You don’t need to use it at all, but it’s there and included if you’d like to use it!
