12 Days of Christmas, Day 11: EASY Christmas Cookies

Welcome back for Day #11 on the 12 Days of Christmas Tour!

Today, I want to share some idea for Christmas cookies that are EASY to make.

These 30+ Christmas cookie recipes are especially easy because they are all made from cake mixes!

Using cake mixes for Christmas cookies is one of my favorites for a time-saving hack. And all of these cookies are festive, cute, and delicious!

Of course, there are ways you can doctor them up, but I love that this method really cuts down on the time you need to prepare dough. And I’ll all for saving steps.

Here are 2 recipes that I’ve made for Christmas:

North Pole Cake Mix Cookies

Gingerbread Latte Cake Mix Cookies (an ode to the long-lost, discontinued Starbucks Gingerbread Latte)

So if you need to make a LOT of cookies for, say, Christmas cookie exchanges, classroom or church Christmas parties, or to give as gifts, these cake mix recipes really help streamline the process.

Healthy Christmas Cookies

This might seem a little random to put in here, but this fall, I taught a class on health and nutrition for our homeschool co-op kids. We focused a lot on making healthy swaps and trying foods that were made with healthy ingredients.

To that end, I’m including a post to HEALTHY Christmas cookies, made with clean ingredients! I can guarantee you that these recipes are just as delicious as your standard Christmas cookie recipes!
