Bring on The Pumpkin Dessert Recipes, Y’all
I know pumpkin season is in full effect, but I remember my first fall in Tennessee. The calendar said October, but it didn’t feel like fall, with temperatures in the high 80s and low 90s.
I remember how we rallied the tiny people and went to the pumpkin patch, and oh my goodness, it was hot! Full-on sweat down the back, desperately searching for any bit of shade to sit in. We just about got cooked live in the corn maze.
Thankfully, this year actually feels like fall – we’ve even turned on the heat instead of the usual air conditioning, so let’s bring on the pumpkin recipes, right?!?
Delicious and Healthy Pumpkin Recipes? Yes, Please!
Full disclosure—I went back and forth on today’s roundup. There are tons of amazing pumpkin dessert recipes out there, but not all of them are what I’d call healthy.
And while I’m all for a good cheat day, my philosophy is that there’s almost always a healthier way to enjoy the foods we love.
So instead of indulgent recipes, I focused on the healthier alternatives—and trust me, there was no shortage!
These clean and paleo pumpkin desserts look incredible, and I’m confident you won’t miss what’s left out.
They taste indulgent but without the guilt. So go ahead—dig in and enjoy these treats, guilt-free!
